Refund policy
PRODUCT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
Exchanges or returns of products can be made for the reasons and within the timeframes indicated below:
LEGAL WARRANTY
Exchanges or returns for defects or malfunctions: Products may be exchanged or returned in the event of defects or malfunctions not attributable to the customer. This warranty applies up to forty-eight (48) hours after product delivery.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
1. Damaged product: Complaints or exchange requests must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of product delivery.
2. Expired products: Complaints or exchange requests must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of product delivery.
It is PALAMANO's responsibility to replace the item or provide a refund if requested by the customer. This process will take a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the return.
Before returning the product, you must notify the Customer Service department at (+61) 435 734 186 or info@palamano.com.au
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, PALAMANO SNACKS SAS will cover the cost of the return and the new shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been dispatched. Otherwise, the user must pay the cost of the order.
WARRANTY
It is important to note that our products are free of preservatives that extend the product's shelf life, so they should be consumed as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY FOR REFUNDS AND OTHER REQUESTS
1. REFUNDS: (Only applicable for warranty cases). Refunds are processed through the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed approximately within ten (10) business days of receiving the request. If payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund time depends on the platform.

2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE: (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original product. If applicable, the difference will be provided as a coupon for a future purchase in the online store. If the product is unavailable for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be provided as a coupon for a future purchase.
3. COUPON FOR A FUTURE PURCHASE: This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation and can only be used by the "Requestor."
NATIONAL SHIPPING
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This cost depends on the quantity and weight of the order.
Orders are dispatched 24 business hours after the order is placed. From that point on, PALAMANO SNACKS SAS is not responsible for delivery times or the delivery policies of the contracted shipping company.
PALAMANO SNACKS SAS will cover damages to food or items caused during transportation, as long as the damage is due to poor packaging.
It is the user's responsibility to request shipping for perishable products or products requiring refrigeration through the "National Shipping" option.
